Producing a world-class payment platform, this rapidly evolving company based in the heart of Sydney are seeking an Administration Assistant to join their close-knit team.
This role is to begin on Monday 12th of February and the hours will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
About the role:
Working closely with all areas of the business, you will be responsible for:
- Email management
- Distribution of mail
- Upkeep of the kitchen including ordering supplies and catering
- Reconciliation of expenses and invoices
- Setting up board meetings
- Liaising with building management
- Assisting the team with administration projects e.g. finance
To be considered for this position you will have previous Administration experience and confident communication skills to be able to assist the team with ad hoc duties.
This role will suit someone with approximately one year of experience, who is looking to learn more about the corporate world, and who is keen to continue their career in an administration position.
