In this role you will be providing administrative support to internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of day to day operations to assist the flow of the business.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Greeting visitors, coordinating and actioning submissions and enquiries
- Provide informed and accurate information to stakeholders
- Collect, prepare and interpret documents in compliance with ad hoc systems and processes
- Accurately advise and inform stakeholders of procedural change and development
- Previous experience in Administration and customer service
- Effective use of time management, organisation and prioritisation skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
