The Role

Reporting to the Sydney Admin Manager, your daily tasks will include:
  • Responding to reception enquiries
  • Organising travel for international colleagues
  • Scheduling monthly meetings for the management team 
  • Providing Levek 1 helpdesk support
  • Maintaining the office, including stationary and catering ordering

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Previous experience in IT or helpdesk support is desired
  • The ability to self-manage and prioritise
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
