Administration Assistant

Salary: $50000 - $60000 per annum
Our client is an Occupational Rehabilitation Provider in Victoria that is currently looking for an Administration Assistant to join the team in this newly created role!

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 
  • Answering incoming calls and transferring to relevant staff members
  • Meet and greet with clients for appointments
  • General maintenance of reception and meeting rooms
  • General support for consultants and management within office
  • Creating and sending appointment letters and general correspondence
  • Formatting of reports and creation of invoices and distributing them to relevant parties
  • General administrative duties including; typing, photocopying, fax and scan
  • Management of incoming mail and faxes
To be considered for this role you will have:
  • Previous administration experience in a fast paced environment
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills (predominantly Word and Excel)
  • High-level communication (written and verbal) skills across a range of stakeholders
  • Experience in dealing with confidential and legal frameworks
  • Workers' Compensation experience is an advantage
