In this busy and varied role, you will be we working across the Office Administration department providing support and assistance in a range of areas including reception, facilities, mail room, file management and system administration.  Your day to day responsibilities will include:
  • Operating the switchboard and meeting and greeting visitors
  • Organisation and management of case files including archiving
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Filing
  • Data entry
  • Photocopying
  • Logging building maintenance requests
  • Assisting with the preparation of internal events
  • Servicing client meetings including taking tea and coffee orders
  • Ordering stationary and other office supplies
  • Develop knowledge of Inprotech and iManage (full training will be provided)
