people2people are collaborating with the NSW Government who are currently seeking a stand-out Business Support Officer to work on a 6 week assignment located in Parramatta.


In this role, you will be providing high level customer service, business support and reception assistance working in the Business Support team:
  • Your main task wil be Reception Duties
  • Providing administration support to all business unit's within the department as required
  • Ensuring all processes, enquiries and procedures are handled in a timely manner
  • Establishing excellent connections and knowledge surrounding stakeholders and various NSW Government entity's through policies and practices
  • Conducting any further ad-hoc duties as required


To be eligible for this role you must have:
  • Proven experience in a customer focused reception role
  • Ability to work independently in a high volume environment
  • High level communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency using computing applications (includes Word and Powerpoint)
  • Qualifications in office management or business services highly regarded
