They are seeking a Finance officer to join their team on a part time basis (5 hours a day across 5 days a week). About the role
The responsibilities of the role will include, but not limited to:
- Full function Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Preparing payment runs
- Debt collection
- End to end processing of Payroll
- Setting up new starters, calculating leave entitlements, superannuation, WorkCover, PAYG and terminations
- Award and EA interpretation
- General administration duties as required
To be successful for this position you will be an experienced Finance Officer who has had previous experience with end to end payroll processing. You will enjoy dealing with a broad range of people and providing a high level of customer service as the first point of contact for payroll and account queries. A strong focus on customer services, attention to detail and a willingness to learn is essential. Intermediate Excel skills are highly advantageous.
