Reporting the Revenue Manager and working within the AR team, your responsibilities will include:
- Cash receipting and cash allocation to invoices
- Receipting of credit card payments
- Process refunds and commission payments
- Raising invoices
- Liaising with all parts of the business regarding invoicing and payments
- Ad hoc work as required
The ideal candidate for this role will have a high level of adaptability and a real desire to help the wider team. Ideally from a large corporate, you will have excellent communication skills, a down to earth attitude and strong attention to detail. Although you will be a hard worker, you will also know how to bring some fun to the role and be able to find ways to consistently work smarter. It is highly desirable to be degree qualified for this role.
