Reporting to the Finance Manager, and working in a team of 3 the main responsibilities of the role will include:
- Banking, receipting and allocations
- Invoice processing and credit notes
- Credit control and collections
- Bank reconciliations
- Managing internal and external customer queries
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
This role will suit an experienced Accounts Receivable officer. You will be results driven and thrive in a busy environment. You will have excellent communication skills and proven experience in effective collections. You will have a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritise. ERP experience is essential, along with intermediate excel skills.
