This role will be crucial in ensuring the highest levels of integrity and customer service are being achieved internally in the processing of staff credit card payments, expenses and supplier invoices. Working in a busy team you will take responsibility for the data entry of invoices, processing, payments reconciliations and answering queries. Previous experience working with an expense management system, ideally concur, will be highly advantageous in securing this opportunity.
It is heavily emphasized that only accomplished AP Officers with a proven track record in managing staff expenses apply.
