Reporting the Finance Manager you will be working closely with others to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the accounts payable function. This is a full function position and as such will include coding, transaction processing, Cheque and EFT payments, account reconciliations and answering supplier queries. Additionally, you will manage staff expenses end-to-end (of which there are many) which will give you 1-on-1 interaction across the business from the executive team down. There is a small debtor's component to the role, but low volume and really no collections work necessary.
Diploma qualified / Degree studying you will see this as an excellent opportunity to utilise your knowledge of accounts, systems and processes.
