This reputable law firm is recruiting for an Accounts Clerk to join the team on a short term basis to cover for annual leave. The assignment is on a part time basis, ideally available to work 20 hours per week, flexible with days however a half day every Friday is needed. The current dates you will be needed for are from April 10th until May 11th.
Assisting the Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- Trust accounting
- Daily Banking
- Ad hoc duties
To be successful for this opportunity it is essential you have prior experience working with the legal accounting software Affinity. You will be a motivated individual, have impeccable presentation and the ability to work autonomously as well as within a small team.
