This is a successful small private enterprise with a family feel located in the Northern Beaches, near Manly. Due to a rare resignation an opportunity has now arisen for someone to join the team and contribute on what could be a flexible arrangement (full time, 4 days per week or 5 days school hours……whatever works for you).
This role is unique in that it will provide a mix of accounting and administrative support to the business. You will manage the debtors and creditors process, perform weekly bank reconciliations and manage a small weekly payroll; all done on MYOB. In addition to the accounting related tasks you will assist with scanning, filing, helping format word documents such as tenders and quotes.
The ideal candidate will be a mature minded individual with a background in office management and bookkeeping. This role is tailored more towards someone looking for stability over the coming years over someone looking to progress quickly and move on to bigger things. You will possess clear communication skills along with a strong understanding of Excel Word and ideally MYOB.
