The role

Reporting to the Sales Manager you will:
  • Maintain a portfolio of existing clients encouraging growth through renewals, upselling and cross-selling products
  • Develop and maintain strategic business partnerships, meeting with clients across Sydney
  • Meeting set KPI's around financial targets. You will be required to take 10 meetings a month
  • Ensure the retention and growth of your portfolio

  • Previous experience working as an account manager, preferably with some exposure to marketing 
  • Ability to operate a large territory. You will be required to cover Sydney metro in various industries
  • Sales focussed with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products providing an exceptional service
  • Exceptional presentation skills both written and verbal with the ability to solution sell
  • Opportunity for you to travel interstate with the autonomy to work at your own set targets
  • Early marks for meeting weekly KPI's 
  • Progression offered to a senior position. You will be put into a succession plan for future opportunities at the business
  • Uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of $125,000
